What kind of fantasy league values Mike Nugent, J.P. Losman, and the San Francisco wide receiver corps? The Loser League, of course, our special fantasy league where the worse the players, the better your team. Al Bogdan previews this year's worst players so you can win the Open Loser League Challenge -- or just run a league with your friends.

Al Bogdan breaks down the first few weeks of free agency in the NFC East, which mostly means the annual orgy of spending that is the Washington Redskins. It also means the T.O. signing, which Al says filled a hole Dallas didn't really have. Michael David Smith disagrees, explaining why it was a great move in this article at FOXSports.com. Read both sides and then give your opinion here.

We've set up a Yahoo! NCAA bracket pool for FO readers. I came in second in the pool two years ago, which shows just how little our fanbase knows about college basketball. No prize, other than bragging rights. If this group fills up, I'll start another one. Group ID: 63739. Password: dvoa.

Looks like Seattle will be losing All-Pro guard Steve Hutchinson. The Seahawks had placed the transition tag on Hutchinson, giving them the right to match any contract offers Hutchinson signed elsewhere. Minnesota is doing everything in their power to make sure Seattle can't match this deal, by including $16 million in guaranteed money in the deal and, according to ProFootballTalk.com, a 2006 cap hit of over $13 million.

This is it, isn't it? The ultimate test of Mike Shanahan's genius. How good is his offensive line scheme? Can he build a successful running game around a back that can't hit a hole unless it is directly in front of him? If Ron Dayne can gain 1000+ yards in Shanahan's system, Denver should just stop drafting or signing running backs altogether. I'd suggest a weekly radio contest where the 7th caller gets to be the starting tailback that week.

Chad Pennington is scheduled to make $9 million in salary and bonuses for next season. Since the Jets are approxmately $26 million over the cap, they'd like Chad to restructure his contract. If they keep Pennington, he'll have a cap figure of $15 million. If they cut him, Pennington will still count $12 million against the cap. Will Pennington take one for the team and restructure? Why should he when the team has been rumored to be looking for a replacement for him either through free agency (Kerry Collins) or the draft (Jay Cutler)?

The first Four Downs of 2006 is a free agency forecast of the NFC East. Would you believe the Eagles have lots of cap space, and the Redskins have almost none? The more things change...

If you've ever wanted an in-depth look at a strength of victory tiebreaker situation, this is the article for you. There's also a fantasy draft gone horribly awry (Kevin Jones, anyone?) and an extraordinary smorgasbord of Best Bets from Al. Plus the newest Jason Beattie cartoon.

Four Vikings have been charged by local prosecutors in connection with the sex boat scandal. Federal prosecutors have declined to press any charges. The four Vikings are Daunte Culpepper, Bryant McKennie, Fred Smoot, and Mo Williams, who were all charged with indecent conduct, disorderly conduct, and lewd or lascivicious conduct.

Eric Moulds has been officially suspended for Sunday's game after a week of speculation on his status. Allegedly, Moulds is suspended because of an argument Moulds had during last Sunday's game with receivers coach Tyke Tolbert. Moulds claims the disagreement began when Moulds came to the sidelines get his ankle looked at by the medical staff but Tolbert instead told Moulds to get back on the field. Moulds said no, and was benched for the rest of the game.
