On Thursday, the Baltimore Ravens thought they had acquired a 2011 fourth-round draft choice from the Chicago Bears after agreeing to move back a few spots in round one. Baltimore's allotted time to make or trade the pick expired, after the Bears failed to confirm the trade with the league office. The NFL has informed teams that, effective immediately, the rules of the lockout are back in place. Tonight's announcement was expected after the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals in St. Louis granted a temporary stay of the injunction that ended the lockout on Monday.
