Walkthrough: Tales of the Topographic

Dirk Koetter's mind control, Legedu Naanee's holds, a goofy super stat and Mike Tanier's Eagles problem: a four-part, overindulgent epic worthy of Yes.

The Philly Fan's Code on Tour!

Want to watch Eagles-Seahawks with me? Want to do it in a really big, lively bar, where it is easy to slip away if I start screaming? How about a big, lively bar incredibly close to mass transit, so you can have that extra beer before slipping home via the subway, PATCO, or Suburban Station?

I will be signing books and generally causing a disturbance Thursday night at The Field House in Center City Philadelphia. Click the link for info. They will not let me guest bartender, because I threatened to make every drink with Clamato.

Thanksgiving Football Doesn't Get Any Better

Walkthrough: Good, Bad, and Cromulent

Aaron Rodgers is good. The Colts and Jaguars are bad. Are any of them cromulent? This week's double-sized Walkthrough has the answer.

Week 10 N.F.L. Matchups

These matchups start with the suggestion that five years of hearing about the Patriots dynasty dying causes ear bleed, then later hints that Jay Cutler may go above and beyond to get the extra penalty. So yeah, I am expecting to get walloped.

Walkthrough: LCD

Walkthrough appeals to the lowest common denominator, and that's a good thing! Peyton Hillis faces Cribbs Justice, Delanie Walker runs an end-around, and punters get even more love.

Lions, Texans Getting a Bad Rap

I enjoyed writing this one: it forced me to watch a lot of Texans game tape, then watch every single Lions "roughness" foul, which was a lot of fun unless you have an emotional attachment to Matt Ryan.
