One team already has enacted most of it's strategy, another is stuck on the same strategy thanks to its three big contracts, and the Packers and Vikings could go on a spending spree ... if they actually wanted to.

Will the Redskins franchise Brian Orakpo? Where will the Eagles go with Jeremy Maclin and Riley Cooper? Plus, marvel at the amazing Dallas Cowboys salary cap deficit.

Will Denver choose Eric Decker, or Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie? Will Oakland choose Jared Veldheer, or Lamarr Houston? Will San Diego and Kansas City have enough money to choose anybody? Maybe, but Most Likely Not.

PK talks more fallout from Sam, the Wells Report, and, for some reason, T.J. Oshie.

The Texans and Titans need to see some improvement from stagnant young linebacking corps, while the Colts need to re-sign Vontae Davis and the Jaguars have to find a new quarterback.

Our Four Downs series this year will be joined by a series of articles looking at cap space by division. In the AFC East: three teams that could make a splash in free agency. And also the Patriots.

OK, so the battle for the Browns' front office has been decided and the winner is... the assistant GM? Apparently? Who the heck knows at this point. Joe Banner and Mike Lombardi are out. Ray Farmer has been promoted to general manager, a title which he will surely hold for at least the next six days. This franchise has no stability. It has negative stability. No, worse, it has "i" stability. The stability of this franchise is an imaginary number.
