The second part of today's two-fer at ESPN Insider looks at how Peyton Manning has done against Gregg Williams defenses over the past few seasons. Manning generally is excellent against the blitz, but looking back, Tim Gerheim finds something very interesting: In three games against Williams defenses since we started game charting (2006 Redskins and 2008 Jaguars), Manning has struggled against Williams' blitzes and just killed his secondary when Williams' defenses only sent the standard four.

The AFC South draft recap in a nutshell: The Colts took more offense, the Jaguars took more defense, the Titans took yet another running back, and the Texans finally took a blocker.

It's very preliminary, but former Eagles safety Andre Waters' suicide in November may be another tragic data point in the story of the NFL and concussions. Apparently the 44-year-old Waters had a brain which had degenerated to resemble that of an 80-year-old man in the early stages of Alzheimer's. Thanks to reader Mike Juntunen for pointing out this story.

If you have a fantasy superstar with a bad matchup, Tim Gerheim recommends you sit him. Except he doesn't really. See if you can make sense of that, and check out his weekly fantasy picks.

Tim Gerheim is back with another slate of fantasy picks, trying to make up for last week's atrocious picks. But he's set himself up for failure again by picking against everybody's top overall draft pick.

Bye weeks killing your fantasy team? You and everybody else. Including Tim Gerheim, who chimes in with this week's FO stat-based start and sit recommendations.

Tim Gerheim's start-and-sit recommendations are back for Week 3, the beginning of bye season. There's also an observation about the historic pace (through two games) of Larry Johnson, and "Jake Delhomme Syndrome."

Tim Gerheim offers some start-and-sit recommendations for Week 2, and scares Rotoworld readership with disturbing concepts like PAR and VOA.

Tim Gerheim offers up Week 1 start and sit recommendations, chock full of Football Outsidersy matchup analysis. If you don't get enough fantasy discussion in the Scramble For The Ball thread (and who ever gets enough fantasy discussion?), you can use this as another open thread for that.

The person that makes you go "Who's that guy?" when you see his name in the season predictions (coming next week!) and Audibles (coming in two weeks!) has an article on Rotoworld, our newest media partner. This week it's a brief introduction of FO for Rotoworld readers, plus a few schedule projection-based fantasy pointers. For the rest of the season it will be a start-him-or-sit-him article drawing on the FO knowledge bank.
