Early Sunday morning following Michigan State's thrilling overtime victory over Notre Dame, Spartans' head coach Mark Dantonio suffered a heart attack and underwent an emergency cardiac catheterization procedure. He is expected to make a full recovery. Dantonio will remain hospitalized for several days and will be out indefinitely. Offensive coordinator Don Treadwill has assumed the interim head coach responsibilities in his absence.

The Falcons and Bucs are still lacking edge rushers, the Saints need someone to protect Drew Brees, and the Panthers desperately need a second good wideout.

Finally, a victory that deserves the appellation "Heart-Stopping!"

I am an MSU grad and after about 5 years of watching Jim Tressel-style conservatism, I nearly fell out of my chair when he called the fake. Hopefully, Coach D makes a full recovery and the Sparties can finally put together a big year using the momentum from one of the ballsiest calls I have ever seen.
