Re: How I Would Change the Senior Bowl
I'm kinda reminded of the direction the league is taking with the scouting combine, and turning that into a revenue generating event in addition to an information gathering tool.
Re: How I Would Change the Senior Bowl
I can't imagine why any of the recommended changes would cause a top player to accept the invitation. The negative risks - injury, looking bad - are still there. And being in a room with Tony Dungy for a few hours isn't going to impress players who barely remember Dungy away from a television studio. Players to to the game to show off. If you have no need of showing off, you have no need to be there. Why not just accept that the Senior Bowl is for second level players who weren't good enough to be drafted high after their junior year?
Re: How I Would Change the Senior Bowl
Not only ,second level guys play in it. Many gppdp players played in it such as L. Tomlinson
