I have several candidates to choose from for 3 slots. My league is 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 RB/WR Flex, no PPR, standard scoring except players get 1 point per 25 return yards. 1 of my RB slots is going to MJD, and one of my WR slots is going to Vincent Jackson. So I'm left with 1 RB, 1 WR, and 1 Flex and these players:
Pierre Thomas vs. ATL
Mike Bell vs. ATL
Nate Burleson vs. Dallas
Hakeem Nicks vs. Eagles
Donnie Avery vs Detroit
Pierre Garcon vs. SF
Anthony Gonzalez vs. SF
I'm starting Hasselbeck as my QB cause Brady's on bye if that matters at all in relation to Burleson.

Re: 1 RB, 1 WR, 1 Flex
It doesn't matter, though I'd probably start Burleson anyway.
The Thomas/Bell conundrum is one you can solve by starting them both. Your other option is to start Avery at flex and just start one of them (I'd pick Bell). You risk benching the better back that week, but you have the potential reward of Avery having a big day against a crummy pass D.
