So - I drafted Wilson in two leagues (Saturday and Weds) Needless to say, Andre Brown's Thursday pain should be my gain - right? The question is - How much?

Well you already got him. I think the perceived impact will be greater than the actual. He was a decent value going into drafts this weekend but now I think he'll go a round earlier making him more of a reach if he doesnt meet his great expectations.
The Giants will roll with someone on their roster to help with the load like Torain or sign a street veteran like McGahee.
There won't be new signings. Michael Cox, the 7th rounder, was leading the charge to be the 3rd running back. My guess is that he eats a few carries, and Da'rel Scott gets kept on too. That's assuming Brown goes to IR.
add 1/2 of Andre Brown's production to Wilson and you have a top 3 RB. Stunning, but as Aaron addressed earlier, the sum of the NYG RB committee compared very well to AP last year. I would love to get him as an RB3 in any league.
My formula was thus: assumed Brown would be out half the season, and that half Brown's workload would go to Michael Cox, other half to Wilson. That means 1/4 of Brown's fantasy points for the season get added to Wilson. Depending on your league, that puts him at Alfred Morris levels on KUBIAK! If Brown is out only 1/4 of the season, and I add 1/8 of his points to Wilson, that gets him up to Matt Forte. Looks like a great buy.
Brown won't go on IR for a fractured leg.
You won't get Wilson as an RB3 in most regular leagues, maybe 10-team if you're lucky.
Brown injury likely means more goal line carries for Wilson, which boosts his value early on in the season. I'm taking him as a RB2 comfortably now.
He might. It all depends on how the roster cuts shake out. Don't forget that this year one player on IR can be designated to return later in the season.
If you ask me, it's far more likely that they IR him than use up a roster spot for 6 weeks while he recovers. Anyway, it's not clear how serious the injury is. If it really is a matter of a couple of weeks only then I agree, he'll be back.
Drafted Wilson literally the day before the injury. For me it'll be a wash, because it's a return yardage league and it seems really unlikely that they'll let him return kicks now. Which is too bad, because he was the return yardage leader for '12. In this league he was a top-ten RB, I kid you not.
Oh well, I still got a really good deal on him. Not sure anyone else will now, though.
Yeah, no way he returns kicks. Word on the Giants beat is that Brown is almost certainly going on IR by the way. That means he can't return before week 8.
