Available in Europe?
I try to order the book from the Netherlands.
If I order it with createspace it will cost me either 6 dollars to ship and it will arrive early october.
Or I pay 21 dollars and it will arrive 1st september.
I also can't find it (yet) on amazon.com
Do you have distribution channel to europe that won't cost as much to ship as the book?

I'll reply because no one else does:
yes I found it on amazon, but it takes 2 to 3 weeks (8 to 16 workdays) to ship it for a reasonable price.
You also can get it within a week and the shipping will be the price of the book.
