Bowe or TB M. Williams?
I know FO is high on the Browns defense this year, and Freeman has a bum thumb... I'm thinking that means Bowe vs SD. I paid WR2 auction money for Bowe so it seems like a no brainer, but it's still Cleveland. We do score half a point per catch, btw.
And is the Chargers defense *really* going to be as bad as FO is saying? +15% defensive DVOA?

D Bowe has apparently been focused but is playing in a new offensive system with Weiss which is a good thing for Bowe. M Williams is a rook playing for a team without much of a passing pedigree lately. I'd go with Bowe (preseason WR2) who can be boderline dominant if his QB can get him the ball vs the Rookie (WR4/5 until proven otherwise).Neither defense is formidable.
