Brees for Cutler and S Moss?

I proposed this to someone in my league (I'd get Brees). He hasn't responded, but I was curious what people would think of this from his perspective. Here's his squad:

QB: Brees
RBs: SJax, F Jones (bye), T Jones (bye),
WRs: S Smith (Car), D Bryant (bye)
TE: Celek
D/ST: Packers
K: Kaeding

Bench: Boldin, J Stewart, J Knox, D Brown, G Tate

It's a PPR league that gives 6 pts per passing TD. We start 2 RBs, 2 WRs, and one flex. I thought he'd be up for it since the drop from Brees to Cutler might not be that huge, and he's picking up a solid WR (which he could use this week).

If you were him, would you accept this?

Probably not. He can roll out Smith, Boldin, and Knox this week, and Brees has a lot more perceived (and real) value than Cutler right now. Most people expect Cutler to revert back to tossing INTs given that he was almost picked off two or three times in GB but was bailed out by penalties.

To make this trade happen, you would probably need to throw in a RB in place of Moss, since that's where he needs the most help (Jackson might not play, and that leaves him with pretty much nothing for this week). If you can spare it, someone in the range of Bradshaw, or possibly LT/Wells may get it done. His need at RB might induce him to accept that offer—of course, depending on your own depth, and whether it makes sense for your team.
