My guess is Wallace, D.A., and then Hill. Jax has an okay run D but has been vulnerable through the air; Seattle's game plan should involve a lot of throwing. D.A. throws many picks, and though Buffalo's defense is in ruins, that helps Jerome Harrison as much as it helps D.A. Hill is playing on a run-first team.
I may not have any idea what I'm talking about, but I too have Rivers on bye this week, and I'm playing Wallace in his place. FWIW.

Wallace may not win the game, but should put up the most fantasy points. He throws a lot, and he might even run for a TD.

OTOH I'm now hearing rumors that Hass might be back this week. Might want to go with D.A. who we know for sure is playing.
