Deep Team - Who to target?

Here's my lineup:

QB: Kevin Kolb, David Garrard
RB: Peterson, R. Mathews, A. Foster, R. Brown, A. Bradshaw
WR: D. Jackson, Welker, M. Wallace, M. Williams (TB), K. Walter
TE: Miller (oak)
D/ST: Ravens

Standard scoring, 12-team league with 1 flex spot.

I've got significant depth to wheel and deal. I know I can get much better at QB and probably at TE. Who should I try to pick up? I don't think anyone in my league will give up a top-tier QB easily, but I might have the talent to do a deal anyways. Also, should I sit on these guys for a bit or try to go ahead and lock in my playoff squad early while their perceived value is high?

Sell high on Foster or hope for Bradshaw to go off on Indy's D and sell him next week. I think you have a chance to pick up a good QB. Did you grab Vick vs. DET for this week?

Missed out on Vick. Owners in my league are really on top of the waiver wire, and for good reason as there is no order, just first-come first-serve.

Like you mentioned, I expect Bradshaw to do some good things this weekend, and he would be my most likely sell-high option. Irrelevant though it may be, I've got a lot of personal pride invested in Foster and I hate to give him up yet. I'm also rather optimistic on his future returns, but we'll see after this weekend how he does and how the Colts D looks comparatively.

Aside from packaging a deal to get a top QB, which I plan on doing at some point, I guess my main question is: what is the marginal increase in value from picking up a legit top 2 Tight End (Clark, Gates) vs my current option, Z. Miller? A top guy would be fairly easy to acquire via trade from my depth, and my feeling is that he could add 4-5 additional points per game on average. Would it be worth dealing M. Wallace or Bradshaw to get one of those guys?
