My league plays 2 RB, 3WR, 1 TE, and 2 Flex which can be RB, TE, or WR. Is there a setting I can change to account for this? Thank you for the help

To clarify, it looks like the current flex only accounts for RB/WR. I need TE to be included in the projection. Thanks again
Unless you have special TE-specific scoring (e.g., 1 PPR for RB/WR but 1.5 PPR for TE), it's unlikely that a TE would be worthy of your flex spot. Here's something you might want to try if you still want to have them included:
Once you select your first TE, change the scoring on your KUBIAK spreadsheet to mix TEs and WRs together and then re-run the projections. Any TEs you select after your first are competing alongside RBs and WRs for the flex spot. I'm not sure if specialized TE scoring would still take effect if you combine them with WRs, but it's worth a shot.
Thanks for the advice I'll give it a try
