F Davis for O Daniels

Trying to solidify TE position in standard league (Start 1 TE). I have Keller and O Daniels now. I've been offered F Davis for O Daniels (the guy is a rabid Texans fan). Strongly considering it, Davis looking like a potential top 5 TE thus far. Thoughts? Thanks.
