Should I have any concerns about starting Shonn Greene vs. the Ravens if the Ravens are my starting Defense too?

Depends on your scoring system and how it handles points/yards allowed. If it uses standard scoring, or any scoring system that doesn't score for these categories (or only rewards points for shutouts) then start Greene. For example, in Yahoo standard scoring, a defense scores 10 for a shutout, 7 for allowing 0-6 points, 4 for 7-13, and 1 for 14-20. If Greene scores two touchdowns, that's 12 points he scores, but only 6 he costs you (the kicker will cost you the rest).
In general, RBs are a big source of points and defenses aren't unless they fluke... and even when a defense does produce big points, under most scoring systems those points come from a place other than points allowed (e.g. defensive TDs, sacks, safeties, etc.).
