Foster for Lynch and Brown

I'm being offered Marshawn Lynch and Andre Brown for Arian Foster, 16 team league and standard Yahoo scoring, non-PPR. I'm in 2nd in the league and playoff-bound, the team offering the trade is the 1st place team. We've already played H2H and wouldn't meet again unless it was the championship. My RB situation is Foster, Stewart, and Redman.
