Certainly, it's looking like Seattle RBs aren't going to bring you much value, either as bye-week plugins or trade bait. And with your particular roster setup, you should definitely be looking for more receivers.
I guess I'm a little surprised, even given the size of the league, that Amendola is really the best available receiver, but it's not like you can't drop him if you spot a better option later.

In the sense that you need WR, yes, but Amendola? That's some slim pickins.
