How exactly is DVOA calculated.

I was just looking at a few teams' DVOA's and noticed the Colts for example. Their first ranked passing offense has a DVOA of 43.3% and a rushing offense of 7.1%. Overall, their offense has a DVOA of 25.6%. With them passing it more frequently than they run it, shouldn't their overall offensive DVOA be higher? How's it calculated exactly?
