How was my draft? 1st time using KUBIAK...

Did my league's auction last night: 12-team league, $200 budget, standard non-PPR scoring system. Here's what I got:

QB Donovan McNabb 4
RB Ray Rice 62
RB Rashard Mendenhall 44
Flex Matt Forte 18
WR Chad Ochocinco 16
WR Hines Ward 18
TE Heath Miller 2
D/ST Dolphins D/ST 2
K Jeff Reed 1
BE Willis McGahee 2
BE Mike Wallace 15
BE Steve Slaton 3
BE Jay Cutler 6
BE David Garrard 1
BE Johnny Knox 4
BE Laurent Robinson 2

I hadn't intended to go so nuts at RB, but Rice had a KUBIAK value of $66 so I spotted some value, and then Mendenhall was too good value to pass up. I then ended up with 3 QBs (which I would normally never do), but McNabb for $4 near the end of the draft seemed like it was too good to refuse. McGahee is a pure handcuff

My questions for the minds here on the FO forum are:

- Should I drop Garrard and pick up some more RB depth?
- Are my WRs too weak? Should I try to deal someone? If so, who?
- Am I too dependent on Pittsburgh? I have their RB, 2 WRs, TE and K. Should I try to deal Mike Wallace to 'diversify my portfolio'?

Any other suggestions would be great: my 1st time using KUBIAK and I think the team looks good, but I'm worried that I might have been a bit too slavish to the format.

If I were to drop someone to add RB depth on your squad, it would be Laurent Robinson. He and Crayton are running neck and neck for the #3 spot there. They like Ajirotutu also. I don't think you need to have a WR that far down the depth chart even in a 12 team, PPR league. Your top 3 WRs are pretty good. I don't like starting two on the same team - means you always have someone up against a #1 CB from a team...but that's OK. I would shop around Ward and Wallace for an even swap with a like quality WR, but certainly wouldn't downgrade to diversify.

Not a bad draft. I'd be scared with my QBs if I were you. Lots of upside, but the potential for Crash and Burn City... You could easily find all 3 not starters by midseason. (Vikes and Bears lines are both awful and Gerard is fighting off the rookie - and not looking likely to win long term) I would watch the waiver wire for a dependable QB...not that they show up often.
