Jennings for Spiller and Crabtree

I have Greg Jennings. He sucks. I've been offered Crabtree and Spiller. Good move? KUBIAK approves, but is REALLY optimistic about Spiller's PPR value (52 rec for 624 yards in the midseason update). Jennings just seems to be so worthless right now I'm tempted to take two young guys with upside (who are also more involved in their offenses).

What do you guys think?

PPR, 100 yard bonuses for RB/WR. The rest of my RBs/WRs are:

Steve Smith (NYG)
Devin Hester
Roy Williams
Darrius Heyward-Bey
Matt Forte
Jerome Harrison

"who are also more involved in their offenses"

REALLY?!?

Is this a keeper league? Otherwise that is an awfully speculative trade for 2010.

I'm not in a ppr league so I'm not as familiar with how players project. But, this seems like a terrible trade in any kind of scoring league. Spiller has some potential but as so far been used terribly by an awful Bills team. He shares the carries and catches only a few balls per game. Crabtree only broke the 50 yard mark for the first time this past week. As a bay area resident, trust me when I say that the 49ers look like garbage. Only Frank Gore is reliable on that offense. Their team is so bad that the team is even driving Vernon Davis' stock down. That's saying something. Alex Smith can't be trusted to get your fantasy receivers the ball.

As a fellow Jennings owner (though in a non-ppr league), I feel your pain. Rodgers is spreading it around, especially to his new best friend Jermichael Finley. But, I still believe he's an elite WR who will put up good numbers the rest of the way. Maybe not WR1 numbers, but definitely WR2.
