Standard points league (no PPR) but return td's count.
I am leaning toward White due to Bush's injury issues but I worry about
Reggie's upside.

It's White and I don't think it's that close.
He's actually been a decently productive fantasy back for a couple years and seems to be committing to getting himself into shape. It doesn't seem like the saints have figured out how to use bush, he doesn't seem like he's ever going to be a conventional 20ish touch starter, and even when he had good stretches he's been inconsistent. That and he's an injury risk.
