Keeper League? Jacobs or Steve Smith (CAR)

12 Team league, 5 players may be kept w/o draft penalty. Non-PPR, 6 pts/TD passing. Everything else is standard categories.

I have Rice, MJD, Colston, Brady that I believe are locks Steve Smith (CAR) and Brandon Jacobs are my choice. Or could debate Brady but QBs are pretty valuable in this league. Also have Percy Harvin and Tony Gonzalez...

Any thoughts out there?

What do you start? 1QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1FLEX, 1TE?

Are there -2 points for INTs? Need more info here.

I would think Harvin is also in the mix.
