I have a pretty nice keeper list to choose 4 from for our draft that starts tomorrow. The top 5, from which I can choose 4, are:
Chris Johnson
Andre Johnson
Cedric Benson
Antonio Gates
Roddy White
Now, setting aside the fact that Roddy White has exactly two fewer letters in his name than the others (admittedly an important consideration...), which should I drop? I'm thinking the first two are no-brainers to keep, and I am leaning toward keeping Benson (despite his Kubiak red health warning). I have the FO Almanac, not the Kubiak PDFs, and in the Almanac White is listed higher than AJ, but (a) only marginally, and (b) everyone else has AJ higher, hence choosing him.
But is it better to keep the best (or second-to-best) TE instead of White? Or is White so good I should keep him and hope Gates is still around for my first or even second pick (#8 of 10, then #18--as it doesn't snake until after the second round).
Or should I keep both but not Benson? Any thoughts? Thanks!

Re: Keeper question - 2 true #1 WRs or a true #1 WR and #1 TE b
Well I personally like Benson the least out of that group. I think Gates is worth keeping. I can't help but think he will put up WR1 numbers with vJax out of the picture.
Re: Keeper question - 2 true #1 WRs or a true #1 WR and #1 TE
It depends a lot on the league and scoring system - if you start 2RB/2WR/1Flex, then Benson moves up a lot. It basically comes down to a question of which guys you think you could get back (or improve on) with your first pick. You can probably get Gates back (I wouldn't count on him making it to your second round), but unless you really like Clark, you can't do better. Similarly, I'd imagine there won't be many better receivers than White that don't get kept, and White may not even make it to the end of the first round. Benson seems to me like the guy you'd most likely be able to improve on, but I a) don't trust him much and b) don't know your league.
I know in my keeper leagues, Benson would be the guy I'd drop.
Re: Keeper question - 2 true #1 WRs or a true #1 WR and #1 TE
Thanks for both comments. We start 2 WR, 2 RB and 1 TE, and it's fairly standard, non-PPR scoring. I was thinking that Gates would likely make it to me near the end of the first round (40 players will have been reserved and 7 more will have been picked). I think I'm convinced now to keep White, so I will probably now have to decide between Benson and Gates.
