Does the KUBIAK spreadsheet automatically update with my online draft?

It doesn't automatically know who you've picked in your ESPN or Yahoo! draft, if that's what you're asking. You can update it by putting an x in the Picked column (or the price if it's an auction league), then selecting "empty" from the filter in that column. That will make it so that only rows in which column H is empty will be visible, which effectively hides drafted players.
I usually just delete the person from the projections tab on the spreadsheet and that puts an #NA after their name on the ADP tab (which I tend to use in drafts) I use the Kubiak and a couple other tools at the same time but Kubiak is what I Manually update during the draft.
