I'm in a keeper league (can keep up to 4 players) and was wondering if there was a way to adjust KUBIAK to reflect all of the players being kept. It's a snake draft, not an auction draft.

You shouldn't really need to make any adjustments if it's just a snake draft. You can just mark them as drafted and then hide those columns the same way you would mid-draft.
My league is now entering its 22nd year (and my 21st), and we run with a lot of keepers (1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 K, and 1 D from each team) and an NFL-style draft (i.e., worst team drafts first every round). Here's what I do with KUBIAK at draft time:
1. Use the "Picked" column to enter the name of the team that currently owns that player.
2. Select only blanks from the Picked column.
When I'm done, I have a spreadsheet that shows only the players available in the draft, plus their points over baseline. Hope this helps.
