How often will Kubiak be updated, if at all? Will it be clear in the the MY FO DOWNLOADS that an updated Kubiak is available?

I'd recommend checking the "Running List of KUBIAK changes" thread on this very board. Expect a lot of updates over the next few weeks, and tapering off to only a few before the season starts. It's best to wait to do too much planning (or set up autodraft if you're unfortunate enough to need to) until shortly before the draft, since a lot can change between now and then (in the league in general, as well as with KUBIAK).
