14-team league, standard Yahoo scoring (25 passing yds/1 point). I'm currently starting Campbell at QB. Hill and Bulger are FAs, do I grab one of them for week 1?

No great options there. Campbell normally has the most upside but the Giants are not a good way to open the season. I'd expect lots of short throws. You could make a case for going with Bulger, since I expect Seattle to lead the game, and I think Seattle's pass D is weaker than their run D. I don't envy you, though.
When Brees, Brady, and Manning went in the first 16 picks, I had a sense that I was not going to get value out of my QB slot. I grabbed Campbell after half the teams had taken backups (because there are going to be weeks when you just have to bench Brees in favor of JaMarcus Russell). Eventually, they'll either start dropping them, or I'll be able to use my depth at other positions to trade for one, or one of the FA quarterbacks will stand out. But the first couple of weeks are going to be a matchup game.
