Moreno/R.Brown

Anyone have any opinions? After several mock drafts and KUBIAKs proj. he is a very important RB in my draft plans. But ESPN has him listed 3rd on depth chart.

1 more: Ronnie Brown. I heard A.S on BS Report mention he would be very surprised if Brown was healthy all year, but KUBIAK (with my league settings) has Brown as the 12th best RB according to fantasy pt, and a Green Risk Var. Again after several mock drafts I keep ending up with (targeting) RBrown and then later on Moreno. Any opinions (btw I will also have MJD as my 1st RB).

Thanks.

I honestly don't know what to think about Moreno either. KUBIAK remains steadfast in its projection but I'm more than worried about having Knowshon on my team (especially since I'd be depending on him as a starting RB if I take him).

I ended up with both in one draft, so hopefully they don't both bust on me!

I think both are high-risk high-reward, each in their own way. There may be others around the same ADP as Brown that are less risky, but aren't known to have as high of a ceiling (K Smith, for instance). It all depends on how risky you want to play it, and how good of a feeling you get from each. Brown is now two years removed from his ACL injury, so he's probably either back this year or unlikely to be a major factor the rest of his career (at least my guess).

Thanks guys.

I did end up with MJD, RBrown, Moreno and got J.Jones and Sproles as well (just in case, but both might be good anyway, can LT really stay healthy all yr?).

I drafted an extra RB, which I think might hurt me in WRs (and I need to start 3): VJackson, Holt, Hixon, Ginn jr, and Burleson (after 10 mock drafts, where I was getting alot of the players I was targeting almost EVERYTIME...I actually missed AGonzalez, one I really wanted, by of course 1 pick in front of me).

I got Carlson, does anyone think I should drop and PU McMicheals instead? Or maybe wait a couple of weeks cause unless he starts off hot, will probably go undrafted until then.

I'm not sure where the "injury risk" label comes from for Brown, but he's pretty spectacular when healthy, and his timeshare partner is now over the hill.

To me Moreno is much more of a question mark. Crowded backfield, chaos in the locker room, missed preseason, etc. But there's something to be said for drafting talent regardless, and everyone seems to agree he's got lots.
