Need a TE

Just lost Daniels for the season, which is a huge blow to my team. I wasn't carrying a back up TE, but a lot of people were. I picked up Ben Watson for this week, and Dustin Keller for the next few weeks.

Here is my team in a PPR league, passing TDs also worth 6, start 1QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1TE, 1OP (can be QB).

QB: Brady, Rivers, Romo, Cassell
RB: MJD, Addai, Moreno, C Williams
WR: White, S Smith(NY), D Bowe, K Walter
TE: Ben Watson, D Keller

What and who should I try and package together to get a TE? I just offered Romo/Addai for S Jax/Witten. I doubt the guy would accept, though he only has 1 decent QB and 2 good TE.

The fact that your extra player can be a QB has got to be worth a ton to you in that league - I would almost think you could get a Greg Olsen-level TE for Cassell.
Your instinct to move a QB is, I think, the correct one. While this guy might not accept, I don't think it's a crazy offer - it might depend on who his other TE is.
My only advice is to not think of it as a "package." Whenever someone in my leagues starts talking about "packaging (player) and (something else) for (whatever)," it always ends up translating to "make a 2-for-1 trade in which you get worse at one position and take my backup at another," and deals don't get made. You're trying to deal one of your QBs (and it shouldn't matter who) for a TE. If you're not getting enough value in a straight-up swap, then you look at including other players.
