Who's the better play in a standard league this week?

That's a tough one.
Tennessee has been incredibly tough vs. the pass. On the other hand, I expect the Jets to annihilate the Bills and be running the ball a lot in the 2nd half.
Given that previous FO research suggests that QBs are not as affected by quality of defense and that Orton's value comes from a more reliable source (yards, as opposed to TDs) than Sanchez's...
It depends on what you need from your QB and how good the rest of your team is. If you have a good team, then you aren't looking for upside so much as consistency from your QB, then I'd suggest Orton. If your team is not as good, then you might need the chance for a big game from your QB, then I'd suggest Sanchez.
