I had him pegged as excellent value in my preliminary pass through, since he had a down year last year and would seem to be set for the rebound... So, why does Kubiak rate him so poorly? Is there a red flag that I missed?

If I had to guess, I'd say KUBIAK may perceive Rivers' performance last year as the start of some sort of decline. Or it's because his only elite weapon now is Antonio Gates. At any rate, I understand Vincent Brown busted a wheel today, so I'm not inclined to bump Rivers up a whole lot anyway. Meachem is not what I'd call a playmaker.
