Rate my team - need to add two players

This is my roster so far in a league where A)We auto-pick draft because nobody's available at the same time, and B)We play six individual defenders in addition to a team defense. I won't bother listing the IDP'ers, but here's the rest of my roster. 10 team league, passing TDs are 6 points, start 1 QB, 2 RBs, 3 WRs, 1 flex, etc.:

QB: Tom Brady, Ben Roethlisberger
WR: Greg Jennings, Vincent Jackson, Devin Hester, DeSean Jackson, Nate Burleson
RB: Maurice Jones-Drew, Derrick Ward, Ray Rice, Leon Washington
TE: Owen Daniels
K: Jason Elam
DEF: Bears

Now, due to some standard quirks in the auto-pick software (which also gave me two quarterbacks with the same bye week, and 3 receivers with the same bye, which I'll deal with later), I have two more IDPs than I need, so my intention is to cut them and pick up two offensive skill players, likely one RB and one WR. Here's some of who's available on the waiver wire right now:

RB: Ahmad Bradshaw, LeSean McCoy, Shonn Greene, Chester Taylor, Earnest Graham (who'd be the handcuff for Ward, I guess), James Davis (arguably higher potential upside than the others, as he's playing behind a stiff; could he be this year's Steve Slaton?)

WR: Chris Henry, Jeremy Maclin, Joshua Cribbs (we get 1 point for every 20 return yards), Josh Morgan, Troy Williamson, Percy Harvin

Thoughts on the overall roster composition? Any suggestions on whom to pick up?

Definitely Harvin. I guess the hype train bypassed your league - he was the most talked-about rookie of the offseason. And he's the KR.

At RB, Bradshaw, McCoy, and Davis are all good options. I'd probably lean Bradshaw but they all have their advantages.

That's an amazing team. Did the rest of your league realize that you were doing points for return yardage?

They knew; we've had the same scoring system for a while - but the auto-draft is tricky, and I probably ranked the most players, and also factored in KUBIAK the most (hence, Burleson, VJax at a spot where I could have had TO, Leon much higher than his standard ranking, etc.).

One other option, which came up as a result of Big Ben and Brady having the same bye week: another owner is a fan of Leon Washington (because of the return yardage, but also because both of us assume he's going to be used a lot more than last year) and is willing to trade me Cassel and Marshawn Lynch for Roethlisberger and Washington. I know KUBIAK liked Washington more than Lynch (probably factoring in both return yards and the 3 missed games), but I have some other kick returners (Leodis McKelvin is one of my cornerbacks), and MJD is my only running back who for sure isn't in some kind of time share. I can survive 3 weeks without Lynch (especially since Fred Jackson's also still available), and he feels like more of a sure thing than Ward, Rice or Washington.

Worth doing, or should I just hang onto Ben, see how my RBs playing time shakes out, how healthy Brady is, and whether any other team winds up needing Ben to start rather than be a backup (and I therefore can get more)?

I'd go with Bradshaw with harvin, though you could make an argument for Davis or Morgan as well. If Burleson isn't a starter with the Seahawks I'd cut him for Morgan who will be the starting split end for San Francisco.

As a side note, how do you like playing with IDP's? I've never played with them before and I'm curious as to whether you think it makes fantasy more enjoyable or not.

I'm gonna give Burleson a few games, at least. KUBIAK loved him. My goal right now is to get 2 out of 3 of Bradshaw, Harvin and Davis, in that order. Lotta fungible receivers I can grab if I don't get Harvin, or if Burleson doesn't start, or whatever.

As for IDPs, this league is the first one I ever played in, so it was like being thrown into the deep end of the fantasy pool. If you're smart about knowing which players to get, it can give you a big advantage, and that's fun, but it's also a lot more work, especially when one of your IDPers is on a buy week. Do you risk waiving, say, James Harrison and assuming you can get him back the next Monday? If not, is it worth cutting a useful backup RB to pick up a fill-in linebacker? Do you want to go with playmakers (i.e., sack or interception guys) who will give you monster games some weeks and disappear others, or would you rather fill your roster with boring but consistent high-volume tackle guys? And in our weird league, since we count return yards, is it worth devoting a spot to a guy who returns kicks but is a dime back at best and won't be in on many defensive plays? Etc.

I find it mostly fun, but it also definitely feeds my mania for obsessing over the roster, which isn't always the healthiest.
