I am playing in a 10 player Keeper league, which starts 1 Qb, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 RB/WR, 1TE, ! K, 1 D
My Team
QB: Manning, Hasselbeck, Cassel
RB: C. Portis, J.Jones, R. Brown. J. Stewart, S. Slaton
WR: H. ward, N. Burlescon, S.Smith (Car), D.Bowe, B.Berrian. M Furrey
I am doing quite well so far, but my WR corps is missing something, so I tried to trade around J.Jones for some upgrade there.
As a reply I got the following suggestion:
R.Moss + J Campbell for J.Jones + B. Berrian
I am not too happy with that, but it probably only shows a correct estimation about jones value going forward.

Re: RB or Wide Receiver Trade
It's basically a 2-for-1, as there's no need to hold on to four QBs (or, assuming that's Peyton Manning, three). The downside is that it leaves you lighter in the RB area, and I suspect one reason you're doing well is that you can start 3 RBs. Still, I don't think there's any question you're getting the best player in the deal.
If someone else in your league is willing to make a better offer, go for it, but I think this is a good deal for you.
Re: RB or Wide Receiver Trade
I agree with FoW. You're getting an every-week starter for a marignal RB + a marginal WR. I'd take this deal, and dump Campbell or Cassel.
