I mean I feel like you drafted Chris johnson probably in the 2nd round to play pretty much every week unless he gives you a good reason not to so id stick with him
I personally think Jones is going to have a better game, but Maximum is right. You drafted C. Johnson because you expected him to be an every week starter and it gets really dangerous when you start playing match ups with your top picks, you'll wind up second guessing yourself more than not.
It really depends whether Pittsburgh's run defense will be as good as it was last year (and if St. Louis' will be as bad). As FO's research has showed, the defense of the other team has a significant effect on QB and RB fantasy numbers. In a PPR league, I'd stick with Johnson, but in a non-PPR, I'd go with Jones.
