receiver possession while falling...still unclear

i'm still confused about the "pocession while falling to the ground" rule. aka: "the lions non-TD rule from week 1".

so, did you see the chicago-green bay game on MNF? chicago's first TD (near the end of 1st half) was a pass to greg olsen. olsen jumps, catches the ball, then lands on his back and slides into the endzone. as he's lying there on the ground (~1 second after landing), a green bay defender knocks the ball out of his hand. why is this a TD??!! the receiver lost the ball before getting just like the lion receiver in week 1. i'm going crazy!

my bad. looks like olsen caught the ball in front of the enszone with both feet down then lunged into the endzone.

I watched a replay, im not sure it wasnt a diving catch. That being said he was on the ground with clear posession for about a full second and then somebody knocked the ball out of his hands. He clearly established posession while on the ground. Calvin fell down and dropped the ball. Olsen fell down, slid into the end zone, held the ball out in both hands, and then someone knocked it out.
