Who is a better pick for my #1 WR?

I perceive White as the safer pick if only because we haven't seen Austin for a full season yet. It seems like Austin, though he is a great player, fell off a bit last season as teams started game planning for him. I could be imagining that though.
I think you have to figure Austin will regress back toward the mean. I picked him up last year on waivers and he won me three straight games. Short Austin, Dallas is in decline, Atlanta is gonna roll this year.
Gotta get Rowdy Rod.
Matt Ryan is an improving QB, Roddy White has a better track record, Miles Austin screams statistical outlier, and the Falcons are a young team on the rise while I agree with Kailer on Dallas being a team on the decline, or very near it.
The Cowboys are really one O-line injury and one CB injury from being a mediocre team.
