I'm in a QB heavy 12 team league league (QBs get 6pts per touchdown and you can have a 2nd QB as your offensive flex player). Starting Lineup is 1 QB, 1 RB, 1WR, 1 flex, TE, Def, K.
My team is as follows:
QBs': Vick, Freeman, V. Young
WRs: A. Johnson, R. Wayne, J. Knox, B. Edwards
RB: Shonn Green, C. Benson, M. Lynch
TE: V. Davis, T. Gonzales
Def. Philly
K: M. Bryant
No decent Rbs are available and my question is whether I should trade Wayne for a solid RB or take a chance with the committee I have...Could totally drop/trade Gonzales but he was best available in the last round...
WRs and RBs are pretty equal as far as scoring. Its a 1/2ppr league.

Re: Running Back Depth...
The only problem with looking to trade Wayne is that you wont get true value for him. With all the buzz regarding Payton Manning injury concerns you wont get that solid RB you are coveting. You might not even get a 2nd tier RB. I would say stick with what you have for now. Put Freeman at your Flex and play your matchups. Greene should see a ton of touches this year. Benson should be the focal point of the offense. And Lynch will be a 2 down back. Make sure you stay on your waiver wire. Just a far out shoot for the moon suggestion, but maybe you drop Young and Gonzo and take a flier on someone like Kendall Hunter or Ben Tate. Frank Gore hasnt gotten thru a full season in years. And there is a chance Foster gets hurt. And when you need a TE, you can pick up Lance Kendricks (STL) or a Jared Cook (TEN). Good Luck whatever you decide.
Re: Running Back Depth...
I'm also on board with dropping Gonzo. In a 12 team league you'll only start him on his bye week and there are similar guys on the wire.
Re: Running Back Depth...
My Q would be how solid of a RB can you get for Wayne? Top 5? Heck yes! Top 10? Probably still yes. But after that you start talking about guys not significantly better than Greene and Benson...Shop Wayne around. If you get a really good RB - pull the trigger on it. You will never start Wayne of Andre Johnson (except for a bye week) so having depth at that spot is less important. I'd even package Wayne with Greene or Benson if that gets you a top 5 RB... In your league, quality looks more important than depth with only starting 1 RB, 1 WR and 1 flex who can be a QB. I'd imagine you'd start 2 QBs almost every week.
