We expanded our league this year, from 10 last year, to now 14 teams in 2009. We just held the draft "lottery" and I am received the 12th overall pick. The draft will be held in 2 weeks.
It goes without saying, that moving from a 10 team to 14 team league is a big jump.
Snake draft, .5 PPR.
Anyone have any advice?

If it's a PPR league, pray Andre Johnson is still available at 12.

That's what I'm thinking. I hope to go WR/RB with those first two picks.

Drafting at the end of a round in a snake draft is optimal. You can go get two top WR without feeling guilty. I assume you start 3 wr. The starting fantasy position with the longest bell curve is the WR--which means the combination of three receivers has the greatest likelihood of producing the greatest separation between the successful and unsuccessful fantasy teams. Plus, as I read on this site, RB are the most oft-injured. RB are also working by committee for most teams, splitting the goal line and full field carries. So WR, WR, RB, QB is how I approach most drafts now.
