McNabb has a hard matchup and is banged up...I have Cassel and Orton as backups Should I bench McNabb? and for who...Right Now I am leaning towards Orton against the Jags...

That's a tough call, but I think you have to should probably stick with McNabb. The Redskins could get involved in a shootout situation, and McNabb has been known to have big games.
McNabb is notoriously a feast-or-famine QB though, but given the QBs you listed, you must have great RB and WR, so you can probably handle a quiet game if that's what he delivers.
