I have been offered Spiller and Bernard Scott for Ahmad Bradshaw... right now my RBs are Mendenhall, Jerome Harrison, Bradshaw, and Donald Brown. Should I do it?

If this is a fairly standard redraft league, then Scott isn't worth much (he isn't even owned in most leagues) so you should just decide whether you like Spiller more than Bradshaw.
I definitely wouldn't do that. Bradshaw is a beast who averages close to 5 ypc. Last year, he got 163 carries, and this year I see that number getting up much closer to 200. He has the big-play potential that Jacobs lacks, and also a great O-line. Spiller has been getting a lot of hype recently because Jackson and Lynch are both hurt to start the season. Jackson will be back by week 3, and he will definitely get his touches when he does. Also, do you really want to trade for someone that is running behind the Bills O-line in his rookie year? And like Dan said, if someone owns Bernard Scott right now, he will be dropped in the first 2-3 weeks as long as Benson doesn't get hurt before then.
