I know this isn't a huge trade but I just wanted some advice. Even a simple yes or no would suffice. The league is QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, TE, D, K. No PPR. My team is:
QB: Palmer, Hill
RB: MJD, Kevin Smith, Knowshown, Reggie Bush, Sproles, Michael Bush
WR: Wayne, V jackson, Holt, Hixon, Chris Henry
TE: Winslow
D: Changes, usually Green Bay
I obviously have tons of running backs. They kept falling to me so I drafted them as trade bait despite the fact that I can only play two. I could really use a 3rd WR becauase Holt is mediocre and I have no legitimate bye week fill in behind him. With LT coming back, I figure this is the best time to trade Sproles. And even with LT out, most of Sproles' value came on one 80 yard catch. Am I getting fair value on this trade? Should I make the trade?

Re: Sproles for Mason
I say yes. You're basically swapping bench parts, and you need the receiver more. If LT goes down again or otherwise loses the feature role, you sold low on Sproles, but it's not like he's a definite every-week starter for you even in that case.
Too many Bushes
I wouldn't want Mason in a non-PPR league. He would be an upgrade, but I think Sproles is too high a price. Better to deal a Bush. Reggie, who's also worth little without PPR, or Michael, who's firmly behind McFadden in an offense that rarely scores. If you can't do that, Sproles for Mason wouldn't be the worst move.
