Technical issue

I purchased the FOA 2012/Kubiak package. In my downloads I see those items but the files that they point to are the 2011 versions.

the print function does not work on my kubiak 2012. it's always worked in the past on kubiak 2011 and kubiak 2010 ... any idea why the page comes up with blanks on the lines instead of player names & stats?
