My team needs a little twinkling: Time to sit Ricky Williams and pick up Benjarvus Green-Ellis? Drop/Trade Favre?

Definitely pick up BJGE if he's available. Williams isn't startable most weeks, so you should start digging for options on WW (LT, BJGE, etc.).
Favre: depends on what's out there. He isn't a reliable starter in most leagues, anymore.
