Trade question in a keeper/salary league

This needs a little preface, since I am in an auction/salary based league with multiple keepers. We can keep up to 4 players for up to $40 total (cap is $100)

I'm being offered Steven Jackson (cant be kept) & Donovan McNabb (can be kept at $9) for Darren Sproles (kept at $4) and Ben Roethlisberger (kept at $3)

It's sort of like giving away next year for an added push this year.

Here's my roster. If there is no salary next to their name, they cannot be kept next year

QB: Matt Schuab ($10), Roethlisberger ($3)
RB: Frank Gore, Chris Johnson, Larry Johnson ($), Ricky Williams ($1), LeSean McCoy ($2), Darren Sproles ($4)
WR: Roddy White ($3), Calvin Johnson, Reggie Wayne, Mario Manningham
TE: Celek ($1)

Thoughts?

Jackson could have a second half like his 2005, but I'm not counting on it. I think you already have two better backs the rest of the way - both of whom will have passed their bye week (Jackson hasn't).
I see what you're saying as far as trying for a boost this year, but Roethlisberger at $3 is a bargain keeper (as is, very possibly, Sproles) - I think you can do better than this.
