trade steven jackson or darren sproles?

I'm in need of another receiver and somebody offered me percy harvin for either steven jackson or sproles. While having both gives me some roster flexibility, one of them is my third back on any given week. Which one should I deal?

Specifically, who do you think will have a better week 14-16 (playoffs)
