Is there a way to upgrade to the printed copy? Ive purchased the pdf download 5 business days ago. If the book could be here in two days...

If you've already purchased and received the .pdf version, then I would imagine the only way to "upgrade" to the print version would be to order the print version and pay for it.
@ Bird jam, I paid it monday and still haven't received the PDF. Thats what I meant by upgrading. If the book would have been here in two days I might as well should have purchased that instead of waiting 7 + days

I paid with my credit card. Paypal on my bank statement still says pending
