Vick for Wells?

Here's my QBs,RBs,and WRs: Vick, Flacco, Greene, McCoy, Jacobs, D. Williams, Stewart, Tate, D-Jax, Smith, Welker, Austin, Crabtree
This other guy has: Big Ben, McFadden, Forte, Wells, CJ, Grant, Starks, Lloyd, Decker, Thomas, Ocho, Henderson.
I'm 4-0, he's 1-3. I offered him Vick for McFadden. He said throw in a WR(I assume he doesn't mean Austin or Crabtree) or I can have Wells or CJ straight up. I countered with Vick for Forte. He said no dice. Should I take Wells for Vick? I have 2nd pick on the waiver wire and plan on dropping Tate for Cruz(if no deal) or Eli(if a deal is made)
