Waiver wire team defense for week 11

I have Baltimore and San Francisco on my roster, and they both face good offenses this week (Indy and Denver, respectively). I am considering picking up a defense from the waiver wire. The top choices seem to be Cleveland (@Detroit), Detroit (@Cleveland), or Jacksonville (@Buffalo). Who should I go with this week?

Fairly standard scoring (12 points for a shutout, 7pts 1-7, 4pts 8-14, 1pt 15-21, 0 pts 22-28, -1pt 29-35, -4pts 36+, 2pts for a turnover, sack, safety).

I don't trust either Cleveland or Detroit, even though this looks likely to be a low-scoring game. Jacksonville is an okay choice.
As a note, Denver is playing San Diego, not San Francisco (they're playing GB). In either case, I'd probably just play that defense - Orton is injured, and Rodgers is a sack waiting to happen.

Thanks. Have Diego not Francisco. The Orton point is an excellent one.
